“As blank as a piece of paper could be, there are many factors that are already determined within it to shape the outcome of the ‘occurrence’ of a single drop of ink. Within any timeframe leading to that occurrence, on any scale, these governing factors can instantly result in 'turtles all the way down.' But instead of a tower it would be a suburb, an entangled web of inheritance on the outskirt of presence."
— Pé

At points ghostly and distant... at points direct and distorted Iranian composer Pé created this elegant unnerving series of sound works utilizing synthesizers, cassette tape recorders, various malfunctioning / prototype / noise circuits.

For those who appreciate the works of Mika Vainio, Arcane Device, France Jobin, Geneva Skeen, and CM von Hausswolff.

Pé (Puria M. Rad) is an Iranian composer, sound artist, and audio engineer. His work is influenced by early electronic music, and the noises that find their way into everyday experiences and might be considered as 'ignorable'. As an artist, he tries to keep his work open to interpretation while staying true to the overall concept.

His previous works include 'Spiral' on Dragon's Eye Recordings (USA), and 'As Honor Was On Its Last Leg' on Phinery (Denmark).
